      2.    Make prospect calls and ask 2 questions

                        A). Could you use an extra $500-$2000/ month? (WFA)

                        B). How would you like to get paid to travel? (WFA)

 

  1. 3-minute sizzle calls 405-244-4085 - *Ask two survey questions (Quantify prospect on Scale of 1-10 6 or below don’t come to the meeting, 7 or higher stet up follow up meeting, desire to hear more and do more)

 

  1. After building rapport, do a 3-way sizzle call ASAP, NOW! And prepare the call; ask 2 survey questions

A). What did you like most about what you heard?

B). What day and time is good to get more information from you? (i.e. Wednesday @ 6pm or would 6:30pm be better- WFA)

 

  1. Schedule presentation appointment

A). Schedule to view online with potential recruit the presentation online ASAP! Now! You must view it with them or on the phone, as if you were in person.

B). Schedule to meet in person with potential recruit to show CD presentation or DVD Presentation.

 

  1. Sign “Em Up” - Give 3 reasons to join, personal or business

A)    Personal

1.      Get paid to travel themselves 60%

2.      Get paid to book travel for family and friends

3.      Get incentives and some reduce prices on cruises and other trips.

      B). Business

1.      Referral bonus fee for anyone you directly recruit.

2.      Receive Leadership Bonus, $1300 for building teams

3.      Receive Residual income and tax write offs and benefits.

 

  1. Closing statements

I have a great idea; lets get online and get started! (Have recruit go to website to join.) Assist them through the entire process until the congratulations screen is viewed by your prospect. Have them get the credit card, debit card or check.

 

  1. If they don’t join after #6, then conduct a 3-way call with your Power Team Leader or an YTB Expert or Sponsor

 

  1. Ask if they have questions and then answer them. Do not elaborate. Just answer the questions

 

  1. Sign “Em Up” (See #6-7)

 

  1. Fax, email, or mail Get Started Now! Sheets to new recruit

 

  1. Order business cards; see step 2 #8 if you have not done so already

 

  1. Plan travel party (In-home suggested or anywhere comfortable and affordable.) Pick a day 6:30pm or 7pm every weekend 12:00pm or 1:00pm

A). Send out 50 invites using “Evite.com” and follow-up with a phone call 24-48 hours before events or complete hardcopy invite form in team packet. 

B). Have some Travel Catalogs to view or 3 ring binders to view.

C). 20 vacation vouchers (If applicable can substitute for any YTB Brochure)

D). 10 Company Brochures (If applicable can substitute for any YTB Brochure)

E). 10 YTB Magazines (If applicable can substitute for any YTB Brochure)

F). 10 RTA Brochures (If applicable can substitute for any YTB Brochure)

G). 3 Vacation Destination- Dream Sheet)

H). 40 Survey Sheets (20 Pre surveys and 20 post surveys)

I). 20 YTB Sign-Up Sheets

J). 1 YTB DVD

K). CD Player and Vacation, Fun and Family Reunion Music.

L). Some party decorations and chip& dip, fruit salad, and finger sandwiches or crackers tray (One Celebration Cake) No hard or large food. Few balloons and streamers (local party or dollar store)

 

  1. Travel Party is a celebration

A).  Have party prepared 1 hr before it starts.

B). Have music playing and prospects to complete pre-survey

C). 30 min. after start time play DVD Program

D). Have guests complete surveys and play light music.

E). Collect surveys and have recognition (cake, new recruits, checks, new promotion level, etc.)

F). Have people ready to sign up to go to separate room or separate area for completing paperwork and to receive any promotional incentives, if any.  Ask closing question what you like best? Where you plan to travel next? Pass out  sign up sheet

G). Other guests answer any questions, encourage to go to web site and set follow- up to show how to book and to re close again.

H). Follow-up with thank you email, call, and letter.

 

  1. After travel party is set, if desired pay and sign up for CRTA certification for more income and bonus and CLIA Certification

 

  1.  Subscribe to free travel publication (See Step 6 letter E, if desired)

 

  1. Attend Sponsor Conference Call (contact sponsor if applicable) Attend Training Conference Calls 641-793-7505, Pin 601340

A). Getting Started Call Mondays 7:30pm Central

B). Ladies “Only” Call Wednesdays 11:00 am Central

C). Weekly Travel Training Calls Thursdays 7:30pm Central

D). Leadership Calls with CEO Saturday 11:00am Central

E). (Association Division Travel Training Tuesdays 9:00pm Central) (How to use a Marketing Site/ Lead Management Tuesday 7:30pm Central) Put day and time of conference training in Palm or date book.

 

  1. Attend Opportunity Meeting (semi- informal business meeting to show bigness of company “Sell the Dream”).

Set up is similar to travel party. Should be done at a minimum of once every two weeks and should meet with other YTB reps to create energy of meeting. Always ask closing questions after meeting.

 

  1.  Pass out Turning Fun into Fortune Magazine and business cards to everyone

 

  1. The secret key is to work The Law of Large Numbers

 

  1. Receive your $1,300 from building your power team and receive $1,300 for helping your team members get their $1,300 bonus

 

  1. Plug-In for success

A). Attend Travel Parties (min. one per week)

B). Attend Opportunity Meeting (1-2 hr max. once a week)

C). Attend Orientation and Training (1-2 hr max. once a week)
