HOW TO DO AN OPPORTUNITY MEETING

 

1.  Pick guest up or meet at a neutral location

2.  Sign in guest

3.  Introduce to trainer, speakers and people with common background

4.  Sit with them in the front 3 rows

5.  Pay attention and answer questions during the meeting

6.  Have guest fill out questionnaire

7.  Get trainer to set or confirm follow-up

8.  Give guest materials (Follow-Up Brochure)

9.  Take guest to restaurant with team

10. Ask involvement questions and Sell The Dream

11. Tell them why you are in (Little Red Wagon)

12. Drop off guest with a positive statement about the future

 

 

Do not stand in lobby and do not use phones or work desk before meeting.

 

Do not open door for late guest or allow them to come in.

 

Turn all pagers and cell phones off.

 

Inform guest meeting is about earning additional income (pt/ft) and overview of company.

 

Everyone is to remain seated until end of session (includes managers, reps, and new guests).

 

Office closed down and all set up for meeting should be completed 1 1/2 hour before start time.
