We work out in 3 phases that rotate every 30 days and repeat. Locations vary and are subject to change at the discretion of the trainer. Locations vary from T.F. North High School in Calumet City, Thornton High School in Harvey, and the forest preserves at 87th and Dan Ryan Woods in Chicago. *
If you need to start early or leave early, please inform trainer the minimum day before via text, email, fax, phone, etc.. *
Five types of exercise we will be doing; running, calisthethics, polymetric, kempo (boxing/karate), and yoga *
Workouts consist of aerobic, anaerobic, and interval training *
We operate on four levels; beginners = 4/d, moderate = 3/c, intermediate = 2/b and advance = 1/a *
The Freedom by Fitness Journal ($20 purchase) is to be purchased on the website and completed for the first day of bootcamp and updated daily. If journal is not updated daily, you will have extra routines to do the day of bootcamp. *
I will review and follow the dietary plan as outlined in the journal *
Bootcamps are suggested not to participate in more than one bootcamp at a time *
No playing around in bootcamp; do not want any accidents or injuries *
If not going to attend bootcamp, please text, call, fax, email, phone, etc.. *
Always show respect to instructors and professional trainers *
You will practice discipline while in training *
No children allowed in bootcamp (special situations must be approved first by instructor) *
No students and participants are allowed to challenge instructors *
All students/participants will always show support, cheer and be positive towards other team members *
If you must leave class, please inform instructor *
Fully participate in all verbal cadence or routines *
During routines, if you need to pause, stop and count for 3 seconds then join back in *
When running, faster running inside lanes, slower walkers on the outside lanes *
When at bootcamp, play all out, have a positive spirit and belief in self *
No confrontation or argument with trainers - either hold questions until later after 1 on 1 appointment is scheduled, let it go and keep it moving or just take a break from bootcamp for that day *
If I refer 3 people within 1 month, my 3rd month will be free. Referrals must sign up for at least 3 days per week and pay full price *
Complete all 4 of survey/questionnaires on website *
Bootcamp begins at the time of registration and payment and expires 30 days from that date. Payment must be received in order to continue bootcamp for any months thereafter. *
Payments are month-to-month and non-refundable *
