v Question: Will evening classes be available?
Answer: Yes, Wednesdays only from 6:00pm-9:30pm for four weeks. The Cost is $499.
v Question: Will weekend loan classes be available?
Answer: Yes, The first weekend of the month or To Be Scheduled.
v Question: Payment Schedule- How do I get paid?
Answer: Twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays.
v Question: How soon after class do you take the State Test?
Answer: Within 48 hours after class.
v Question: What is needed to take class?
Answer: Print off Instruction and Registration Form, complete, fax or mail with registration fee.
v Question: Do I have to fill out an Employment Application to take class?
Answer: No.
v Question: Where do you take the State Test?
Answer: Various testing locations throughout the state of Illinois and the Chicago land area.
v Question: How long is the Class? (What are the Hours?)
Answer: Two day classes Wednesday and Thursday; hours are 8:30am – 6:00pm. Weekend Classes are the first Saturday and Sunday of the month at 8:30am - 6:00pm. Evening Classes (Wednesday 6:00pm - 9:30pm for Four sessions starting the first Wednesday of the month.)
Classes are subject to change and registration fee may vary.
v Question: When do I have to pay the cost for the class?
Answer: Five days before class without an additional late registration fee of $50.
v Question: How much is the class?
Answer: $299 for weekday or $399 for weekend or evening courses.
v Question: Are there yearly Continuing Education Courses?
Answer: Yes, six hours Continuing Education Courses are offered with a certificate.
v Question: How do I become a Loan Officer with your company?
Answer: There are policies and procedures to be followed, one must call to set-up for an in-office interview and complete an Employment Application.
v Question: Where are classes being held or offered?
Answer: At office locations or TBD.
Business Development: Learn a turn-key system, marketing, recruiting, business management, and achieving financial independence.
Education: Enroll in our Success Mortgage and Financial Services and Diamond Star Realty University. Receive years of financial and Real Estate knowledge. Earn a degree from the University of Freedom.
